About the Column
Back in the old days, it was actually possible to visit every site on the Internet about Disney. Nowadays, it's not even possible to count all the sites on the Internet about Disney. I visit quite a few of them compiling the Hullabaloo, and often I find gems - digitally buried treasure - maintained by folks who love Disney so much it doesn't matter that the traffic to their sites may be a trickle. In Daily DIZcovery, I'll pick a different dynamite Disney site every day, typically one you've never heard about, and hopefully turn their trickle into a torrent.

The Mouse Record
An old-fashioned Disney blog, well-written and up-to-date
After yesterday's divergence into social and political commentary with A Magical Year Without Disney, let's return to our roots with an old-fashioned Disney blog.
Mary Connoll's The Mouse Record is just that: a Disney blog.
Mary's articles run the Disney gamut from the parks to the ports, including a very well-written report about Mary's recent Mediterranean cruise aboard the Disney Magic.
One of her ports of call last month was Tunisia, a controversial decision with some passengers excited to be there and others unwilling to leave the safety of the ship.
Mary stayed aboard ship, though later she did disembark to visit the 'faux souk' on the dock. She likened it to the Morocco Pavilion at EPCOT with more grit and sand.
Let me go on record to say that The Mouse Record should be one of your ports of call.
Come back tomorrow for another Daily DIZcovery!
